The international standard NEN-EN-ISO 9001 specifies requirements for a quality management system of an organization that has: (a) demonstrates its ability to consistently deliver products and services that meet customer requirements and applicable laws and regulations; and (b) aims to increase customer satisfaction by effectively implementing the system, including processes for improving the system and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and applicable laws and regulations. Every 3 years there is a periodic survey for the NEN-EN-ISO 9001:2015 certificate.
